Please remember that a non-Finnish company can not become an exhibitor at Finnish Craft and Design Trade Fair. If another company is presenting their products at the same stand than the company who booked the stand (main exhibitor), a side exhibitor agreement will be made for the additional company. Side exhibitor will have their information displayed on the event website, 2 exhibitor passes to the fair and 5 free Sunday tickets to distribute to customers. In addition, the contact person will receive all important fair information and access details to the exhibitor portal. Side exhibitor registration must be done in as early as possible, but latest 18th October 2026. Side exhibitor contract includes environmental fee of 10 euros (+ VAT) per exhibitor. If side exhibitor is registered after 31st of August, a registration fee of 90 euros (+ VAT) will be charged in addition to the environmental fee. Environmental fee covers for development, guidance, monitoring and general costs of the environmental impacts of events, such as recycling, energy efficiency, waste treatment, sorting and electricity consumption. The fee guides all parties involved towards more sustainable and environmentally friendly behavior. Before filling out the form, please confirm with the main exhibitor who will pay the side exhibitor fee. Criteria for participating Before filling the form, please, read the Finnish Craft & Design Fair’s Criteria for Participation. The fair organizer has the right to deny a side exhibitor entry to the fair if the products do not meet the criteria.
